I’m happy to share that after rebuilding a brand new gluten free sourdough starter from scratch, it’s officially ready for baking again. Gluten free sourdough bread is now back on the menu, and I’m excited to offer it to everyone who’s been patiently waiting.

After two reliable years, my gluten‑free sourdough starter unfortunately spoiled and had to be retired. I’ve been rebuilding a new starter from scratch these past few weeks, and it’s progressing well.

If all continues on track, gluten‑free sourdough bread and scones will be back on the menu in about a week. Thank you for your patience while I get this new starter fully ready for baking again.
