It’s national burrito day on 4/2 and we’re rolling (pun intended) out a brand new menu item! Scrambled eggs, cheese, hash brown, fresh made pico de gallo, and chipotle spread all wrapped up in a warm tortilla. Sourdough is the star of the show! 🥖 Did you know our recipe carries an over 100-year family legacy? 

Our founder, Dan Freedman, grew up rolling dough at his family's bakery in Boston and eventually attended the San Francisco School of Sourdough Baking to perfect his craft. Dan's blending of East and West Coast techniques, lovingly dubbed the "Freedman Technique", lives on in the sourdough we make daily at Blue Moon. Stop by today to celebrate !

We were quietly test-running something big at our Medfield location and word hit the North Shore Beef fan clubs before we could even blink. So here it is officially:

North Shore Beef Three Ways are coming to Blue Moon Bagel Café. Super rare beef on an onion roll baked from scratch right here in our kitchen, with a Blue Moon twist that makes it ours.

A guest who stumbled onto our test run gave it an 8.9 unprompted. We’ll let that speak for itself.
