Coming in new this week is this killer Strawberry Matcha Panna Cotta, my absolute favorite this week! A decodent Caramel Praline Mousse Tart, a walnut Caramel Crème filled Swirly Brioche Bun! And a one of a kind fresh Raspberries & Crème Danish packed with rich Raspberry Pastry Crème and topped with bright tart Raspberries 😋

Not pictured but available this week are the Almond Twice Baked Croissants and the Mixed Nut Bear Claw with Almond, Pistachio, and Hazelnut. 😋

You guys LOVE this Mango Passion Fruit Panna Cotta so much we're bringing it back again this week along side a favorite customer's request of a Black Forest Panna Cotta... this one is definitely a favorite for me this week! 🤭

Back by popular demand, some Cafe Francais classics are making a return! The infamous Bumblebee and The Italiano Danish, one of my absolute favorite savories of all time!

We're keeping the stone fruits goin strong with this amazing Peaches & Brie Smasher. It has a subtle refreshing tang of Peach that balances so well with this buttery earthy Brie Crème. Perfect for a hot summer day and oohhh soo delicious! 😉

Pistachio Kata'ifi Brownies are back!
Vanilla Crème Brûlée is here to stay for the summer on the "everyday goodies" menu.
Almond Croissants will go back to rotating with Pistachio Twice Baked Croissants every other week.

And back by popular demand! 🥁
The Pepperoni Pizza Danish but this time we chose the cutest little baby Pepperonis and packed that danish with em! 🤭
The decodent Chunky Monkey Tart! 🍌 🍫 🤤
And the long awaited, Petite this time, and with a side of Crème Chantilly, Classic Cherry Clafoutis! 👏 IYKYK 😉

And we're not stopping with all of these amazing summer stone fruits! This week we've got a lovely Peaches & Sweet Cream Cheese Danish that is truly like no other.

And if your a fan of sweet and savory, we've got the perfect treat for ya with this Maple Bacon Brioche Knot. It's packed full with Maple Bacon Crème Pâtissière and dipped in a maple glaze, topped with crispy bacon pieces and is absolutely amazing! I mean, how can you go wrong with a Maple bacon combo!?

But my ABSOLUTE favorite this week HAS to be this Salted Caramel, Coconut, & Cacao Panna Cotta, you may not think it but trust me when I say that Coconut Panna Cotta and Salted Caramel literally dance with excitement in your mouth with those pops of crunchy bitter Cacao Nibs to balance it all out! OMG. Find me all week at central eating these and the Pepperoni Pizza Danishes all up 🤣

We're back baby!
One of us went to Thailand, another to San Diego, one to England & Croatia. Daniel, our son & I escaped to the White Mountains and our last team member stayed right here in Tucson to soak up all the relaxation and family time!
Lots of fun, recuperation, and quality time was had for all of us and our loved ones.

We thank you for your patience and support as we take some time away, but now we are ready to hit the ground running!

Please note, our Sourdough Starter took a little frozen nap while we were gone, she's in great health just needs a little extra time and a couple more feedings before we can use her again so this week we will not have any bread but it will be back next week like nothin ever happened!

We've got lots of goodies for ya! Back by popular demand, the Triple Nut Bear Claw has made a return and may be back for a couple weeks, the Boston Cream Brioche Bun has always been a favorite, and everyone has been loving our Turtle creations so we're coming in strong with this Caramel Walnut Turtle Brownie.

We've got lots of light and refreshing summer options for ya too like this Lemon Berry Tart featuring the same Lemon Crème you all love in the Bumblebee Croissant, a Lemon Ricotta & Raspberry Danish, and my ABSOLUTE favorite for the week has to be this Strawberry, Basil, & Balsamic Panna Cotta. It's refreshing with the perfect hint of Basil, a pop of Strawberry and a nice light tang of Balsamic Reduction. It is truly divine!

Coming in at 2nd place for me this week is this Green Chile Chicken Chili Smasher. You really can't go wrong Green Chile, am I right!? But honestly, I can never turn down a savory pastry 🤭

This is your last chance to snag your favorite pastries before we head out for our summer break! We will be closed June 15th through July 1st and will reopen Thursday, July 2nd. We will, however, be at in Green Valley on July 1st if you need a pastry fix before then.

We loaded up this week's menu with lots of goodies, including a few special treats that came about for a very practical reason. One thing that's incredibly important to us is using the freshest ingredients possible. Before we close for two weeks, we work hard to clear out our refrigerators and freezers so we can maintain the standards we've always held ourselves to.
That means our extra lemons became lemon bars, our peanut butter became peanut butter cream brownies, and some exta cream turned into vanilla bean crème brûlée. These items are being made to use up what we have on hand, not to last the entire week, so if they're on your must-have list, we'd recommend stopping in sooner rather than later. The crème brûlée will likely only be around through Friday and the other too probablyonly tomorrow. We will also have a couple fan Favorites, new & old! Take a look 😉 these items will be here all week!

We also wanted to say thank you for your continued support and understanding as our small team takes some much-needed time to rest and reset. To show our appreciation, we're running a sale all week:

We're hoping it helps us move through inventory a little faster during the slower summer season while getting those fridges and freezers as empty as possible before break.

I'm not gonna lie, we're excited to go on break but we're even MORE excited for this Summer Break Sale!!

We just wanted to show our appreciation for all of you! For all of the outpouring of love, support, and understanding as we get closer to closing for two weeks.

Running a small business is certainly not for the faint of heart, make it a food establishment and sometimes it truly feels like it's only meant for the insane. At the very least, the long hours, the personal sacrifices, unpredictability, & sleep deprivation may just make you feel like you're going insane. 😂 Taking some time away may hurt us a little bit financially but it is necessary for the longevity of Cafe Francais.

We wouldn't trade it for the world though! Being able to create such beautiful, creative, and delicious pastries like no other in Tucson for all of YOU is a true blessing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We wouldn't be here today, almost 7 years in, without all of your love & support. You truly mean the world to us!

So this week, all week, when you spend $25 in stores on any Breads & Pastries, you can choose 1 Pastry or Bread of any kind on the house! Spend $50, get 2, you get the gist, right? Just please don't go crazy, be kind and save some for others 🤗

We will also have a couple extra Specials this week, I'll roll out the menu tomorrow per usual and let's make this last week before break a great one!
