Here is a recipe idea - last week, I crushed up the Cinnamon Pecan Cookie Brittle. I then put it into the bottom of my tart cups (no other ingredients added), poured pumpkin pie mix/batter on top and baked it. Oh my .... totally scrumptious and almost no work. The cookie brittle crust held together perfectly and was the perfect complement to the pumpkin. Think I might try it on top of an apple cobbler next!

Its Monday morning and there is a new location in Tucson to purchase Made to Crave treats. Tucson Tamale Company on Broadway and Tucson Blvd is now offering brownies and Cookie Brittles. Their tamales have grown quite a following and you now can have a gluten free dessert too!

When you head south of Tucson, stop by Green Valley Pecan off of Sahuarita Rd. They are carrying Made to Crave granola's and cookie brittles. The Cinnamon Pecan Cookie Brittle is made with their pecans. Delicious, crunchy and with a wonderful hint of cinnamon.
