“I knew I wanted a lemon flavor — bright, a little tart, the kind of thing that feels like sunshine in a cookie. What I didn’t want was an herb anywhere near my dessert. My sister disagreed, strongly. She insisted the thyme would round out the lemon in a way plain lemon never could, and she simply would not let it go. We went back and forth for what felt like weeks before I finally agreed to just try it her way, mostly to prove her wrong. She was right. Lemon Thyme was delicious from the very first batch, and it quickly became one of our favorite flavors — proof that it’s worth listening to the people who are willing to argue with you.”
