Thought I’d share a loaf I baked today — pre and post bake ☺️

So happy with how this one turned out. I’m still honing my bread lame skills — usually I opt for a simple score, but I love adding a little extra intention to them when time allows 🫶🏻

This Saturday is looking absolutely gorgeous, and I’ve been loving these cooler mornings lately. We think you should spend your Saturday morning with us 😉

I’ll post full details tomorrow, but you know the drill: open at 8am until noon (or until sold out).

We’ve got a really colorful lineup this weekend — lots of berries, bright summer flavors, and a few favorites making their return.

Also an impromptu bread day is in order! Stay tuned ✨

Hi friends 🤍

For the first time ever, we will be taking a holiday weekend off (May 9th).

This little business has been such a labor of love, but this year I’m feeling a strong pull to slow down and spend the weekend being present with my family. As a mom, that feels really important. 🫶🏻

Thank you all so much for the constant support, understanding, and love you show this bakery week after week. It truly means everything.

We’ll be back the following week, rested and ready to bake for you again ✨

I am so excited for this one—the weather is looking phenomenal and the pastry lineup is honestly stacked.

New in the case this week:
• Pear, Ginger & Cardamom galettes
• Strawberry Rhubarb buns
• Vanilla Bean buns

If I have time, I’ll also be sneaking in some strawberry rhubarb galettes 👀

And of course, all the classics will be there:
Cinnamon buns, cardamom knots, school buns, wildberry danishes, and (always) morning buns.

Watershed stuff - The bakery case is full of lovely treats for you all this weekend! I did some fresh cardamom knots WITH Swedish pearl sugar this morning, there will be more tomorrow as well. There’s also pear, ginger, cardamom galettes (one of Joes signature flavor combos but in a galette this week ☺️). Joe also did the most beautiful blueberry cheesecakes 😍 you’ll have to go see and taste for yourself.

Små Ting stuff- we are back open tomorrow and the weather is looking gorgeous so you can catch us outside at 9am sharp 🥳
