⭐️ If you know anything about sourdough you know there are a hundred things that can effect how it turns out; temperature of your hour house, temperature of every ingredient, humidity, pH, time, etc…. 😮‍💨
So…. when EVERY loaf turns out exactly how you hoped it’s quite a miracle! 🙏 🍞 👩🏻‍🍳

We may have had a rough start, then a threat of thunderstorms, but we’re here, and bread turned out good! Come on by!

It’s market day at Republic Farmers Market! I was up at 6am ready to bake! Unfortunately, my refrigerator door was just barely ajar and there is a chance the bread is all overproofed. All I can do is bake it and pray it comes out for you all!!

Owning a small business isn’t always easy, the unexpected happens all the time. I considered not sharing, but I promised to share what it’s like running this business and here it is!

I may have less bread than usual (maybe not though!) but I’ll still have plenty of cookies and pretzels!
