Payment-
Payment is due upon ordering. This secures your spot on my calendar. I will not consider your order as “placed” until I receive payment. Availability may change if the invoice is not payed upon receiving it. No Show = No Cookies
Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time, forfeits your order with no refund. If you need to reschedule
to a different time, no problem! Please reach out 24 hours prior to your pickup time. Refunds-
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer a refund as supplies have likely been ordered for your custom cookies! Change Cutoff-
Decisions are tough! Changes can be made up until 3 weeks prior to pick up. Please note, additional charges may apply to the new theme/design. Cancellation-
Orders Cancelled will not receive a refund. If the order is cancelled more than three weeks prior to the pickup date, a credit will be given for a future order. This credit must be used within 6 months of the cancellation date, Please note – the new date will depend on availability. Delivery

Thank you for the inspiration pictures. They are just that – inspiration! Your cookies will not be a perfect replica, but I will try my best to be similar! Colors translate different from device to device. If there is an absolute color that needs to be matched, please provide me with a hard copy of an item to reference. Covid Care-
I know you can’t control when you come in contact with a person who has Covid. If you need to reschedule your event, I can freeze your cookies for two weeks so you can stay home and rest. Otherwise, your cookies will be available for a non-contact porch pick up with instructions to freeze at home. In a hurry?-
While I can’t always accommodate last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee of $25 or 40% of your order total; whichever is greater. Price adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs, which means I am unable to honor old pricing, Cookie quotes will be good for 30 days. After that, they are subject to new pricing. Product Photography-
Cookies are photographed and added to my portfolio. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me! Colors and lighting may be slightly different in photos than what you end up with. They’re all yours now! Once cookies are picked up, I am not responsible for them. Please inspect them prior to leaving. They will also have a cookie care card attached for proper storage until your event. I want you to love your cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return the cookies within 24 hours so I can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine if a credit will be given for a future order. Allergies-
I am unable to accommodate any food sensitivities or allergies. Cottage Food Laws-
This order is made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the local or state health department. My kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free. Weather-
If pick up is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pick up date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather. But your order will be kept as fresh as possible. Bulk Order-
Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to offer any discounts on large orders. Emergency-
