And I might have a new treat for you, too! 👀 I'm hoping to get it ready in time, but you'll have to come see!

See all that dough in my freezer? It might look like a lot of work waiting to happen, but it's actually part of how I make your fresh bakes available more often.

I prepare and freeze dough ahead of time. Then, when it's time to bake, I can pull out what I need and get it ready for your order.

That means I don't have to make every single batch from scratch on the same day you order. And you don't have to wait for one little weekly order window to get your favorites!

It's one of the ways I can offer pickup on more days and still bring fresh-baked goodness to your table. ❤️

There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes in a home bakery. Maybe I'll share a little more of it with you soon!

Is there anything better than the first slice of fresh bread? 🍞❤️

You know the one I'm talking about. The loaf is still fresh, the butter melts right into that soft middle, and suddenly you want another slice. 😂

It's such a simple thing, but sometimes the simple things are the best.

A warm slice of bread, a little butter, and a quiet moment at the kitchen table. That's the kind of homemade goodness I love sharing with you all. 🏡

Hello friends and neighbors! 😊🍞

Fresh from my kitchen this morning! ❤️ I've been busy baking for tomorrow's market, and just look at all this goodness!

On the racks, you'll find:

🍯 Fresh sourdough English muffins

And that's not all! I'll also have my regular cinnamon rolls, the new Apple Crisp cinnamon rolls, and all your other Cozy Cottage Bakes favorites. 😋

Tomorrow is Culture Fest on C-Street, so it's going to be a busy day! I'll be at the C-Street City Market from 9 AM to 4 PM.

One little tip: Come early if you can! Traffic will get heavy after 10 AM, and the street will be closed. Give yourself a little extra time to park and enjoy the day.

Okay, friends and neighbors. I need your opinion on something. 😂

When you get a cinnamon roll, how do you want your icing?

I see people do this both ways, and I can see good things about each one.

Option 1: Icing already on it.
You get that beautiful drizzle with every bite. And let's be honest… it looks pretty good, too. 😋

Option 2: Icing on the side.
Then YOU get to decide how much you want. A little? A lot? None at all? You’re in charge.

I usually put the same amount of icing on every roll. But we're all different when it comes to that sweet, gooey goodness!

🍞 The loaf you can always count on
Sometimes, you don't need a fancy flavor.

You just need good bread. ❤️

My Classic Table Loaf is my everyday sourdough. A chewy crust, a soft inside, and that homemade flavor that makes you want to slice off “just one more piece.” 😂

It's the kind of bread that belongs on the table for breakfast, beside a bowl of soup, or toasted with butter when you need a little something comforting.

And honestly, I don't talk about this loaf nearly enough.

The Cozy Cottage Bakes website is officially open, and ordering your favorite homemade bakes just got a whole lot easier.

No more waiting for a weekly order window. You can now go to the website, choose what you want, and pick the day and time that works for you.

Pickup options:
🏡 Tuesday–Friday: Porch pickup, noon–8 PM
🍞 Saturday: C-Street City Market, 9 AM–2 PM
🏡 Saturday: Porch pickup, 5–8 PM
🏡 Sunday: Ozark pickup, 10:15–11:15 AM

Just remember to place your order at least 14 hours before your pickup time.

I love being able to bring fresh, homemade goodness to your table without you having to do all the work. ❤️
