Here are the results from the cinnamon roll testers this weekend.
All samples were handed out.
All the cinnamon rolls I brought were sold.
I asked testers to write down their review on this paper. Not everyone wrote one and the first one was mine.
Results for 4.9 stars! I am thrilled that I have finally, after 3 years of testing and tweaking, made a cinnamon roll that is the comforting flavor you remember.
I'm already getting orders for more and they will be available for purchase on my website very soon. Stay tuned!

As part of my going full time baker research I have been tweaking my cinnamon roll recipe. And oh my is this one I made last night exactly what I have been trying to develop for years!
It's the flavor I remember homemade cinnamon rolls having and a fantastic soft texture. I mean I can't believe how good these are! These will definitely be part of my menu full time now and I imagine a huge piece of this bakery being my full time gig.
BTW, these aren't sourdough, but are sourdough cinnamon rolls what you remember them being or what you are looking for? I don't think so, but let me know if you prefer me to make sourdough rolls.
What are your must haves in a cinnamon roll that is the comforting flavor you remember?
