Lemon Blueberry Croissant 🍋🫐🥐
I love that crispy crunch sound!
This will be available for preorder and pickup March 21, 2026 from my hotplate site. Link in my bio.

It’s a sourdough croissant, brushed with almond simple syrup, filled and topped with lemon frangipane, blueberries, and almond slivers then baked again. You guys will love this one, no doubt!

We bumped up the Jan pickup to yesterday to beat the snow. I enjoyed running the orders out and getting to meet my customers, since I normally don’t see everyone when I use my pickup tent. It made my heart truly grateful to hand my sweet customers a bag of goodies I know they will enjoy while snowed in this weekend. I always tell my kids that I love being a baker, because I love adding a little joy to people’s lives. A homemade loaf of bread or cookies is a small thing, but sometimes is the little things in life that really make it good:)

Apple Strudel Croissant 🥐 🍎

Guys. This may be my favorite. I know I say that all the time because I just love food, especially pastries. Gotta say I love this more than the Apple Strudel I ate in Austria last year, which was so good, but this is just 🤯
It’s a sourdough croissant glazed with a simple syrup, then filled with almond franzipane, homemade apple filling topped with more franzipane, a fresh apple slice and cinnamon.
These will be on my September Hotplate menu (link in bio to sign up for notifications when menu drops) and I’ll have some at the .gray fall market on Oct 4!!!

Pumpkin Spice Sourdough 🎃🍁

Life here had been focused on home this past month. Birthday, room remodel, and starting school with my lovelies has been on the forefront of my mind lately…but I’m getting my fall and winter specials worked out. This Pumpkin Spice loaf is everything I dream of in the fall. Mini cinnamon chips in a pumpkin spice bread is heavenly.

Bourbon Pecan Latte Croissant:
Sourdough croissant, brushed with a simple syrup filled with bourbon pecan frangipane and coffee milk jam (think coffee dulce de leche), topped with more of the same goodness and pecans. 😋🥐☕️
