Just to let you know - I won’t be a vendor tomorrow at the Bremerton Community Farmer’s Market.
We have a two week early, new family member and Grandma is going to be snuggling, not baking.

It’s quite busy here today!
People sometimes look at the price of my breads and walk away shaking their heads. That’s okay!
If they knew the process of drying the grains, weighing, starting the sponge, then weighing and measuring more ingredients, incorporating, kneading, forming, and then the final rise, they may understand the reason. That doesn’t take into account the cost of everything from flour to plastic bread bags. Don’t underestimate the time and effort us Cottage Bakery people put into our baked goods. We love what we do and we want YOU to love our products.
