Our Fall Menu drops on Hotplate Sunday, September 6th! 🎃🍎

Think crisp apples, warm spices, cozy fall produce, and all those flavors that make you ready to pull on a sweater and start baking something.

And you KNOW there will be pumpkin. 🎃 Plus, a few favorite cookies from last fall will be making their long-awaited return. 👀🍪

Summer has been delicious, but we are SO ready to turn the page and bring you a whole new season of bakes.

🎉🍞 WOW! Our Bread Shed is ONE YEAR OLD! 🍞🎉

What an amazing little milestone to celebrate! ❤️

So many memories have been made inside those four little walls over the past year. If the Bread Shed could talk, what stories would it tell?

Would it tell us about the customers who opened the door and discovered something they absolutely loved? 🥖🍪

Would it remember that cold, rainy Saturday when everyone stayed cozy at home and we had LOTS left over? 😂🌧️

Would it talk about getting dressed up for Halloween 🎃 or twinkling with Christmas decorations? 🎄

Maybe it would tell us about early Saturday mornings, shelves packed with fresh bread and treats, preorder bags waiting for their people, and the excitement of wondering what would sell out first.

This little shed has become such a big part of Juniper Street Baking Co. and our story.

We love you, Bread Shed. ❤️

Packing up preorders for pickup this afternoon! 🥖🤎

Today’s bags are looking especially good with beautiful Herbed Sourdough Focaccia, our Roll With It Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Focaccia, and those glorious SOLD OUT Motherlode Cookies. 🍪

I really love these Thursday pickups. Having just a little extra time to slow down, finish everything up, and get your orders packed and ready feels pretty darn nice.

Dough shaping + cookie baking day for our Thursday orders! 🍞🍪

Today we worked our way through the OG sourdough, Sun-Dried Tomato & Pesto Sourdough, herbed focaccia, and then it was onto cookies!

You might notice that I bake my cookies in rings. There’s a method to the cookie madness:

🍪 I can fit 12 cookies on one pan
🍪 They bake to a consistent size, which makes packaging so much easier
🍪 And I LOVE those little ridged edges the rings leave behind!

When you’re a tiny bakery working out of a home kitchen with one oven, little tricks like this make a BIG difference.

Now back to baking… Thursday orders are coming together! 🥖✨.
