What a month it’s been at Juniper Street Baking Co.! 🇺🇸✨

Between our Bread Shed weekends in Sandy and our special pop-up in Sonora, we’ve had three open weekends in a row, and what an incredible June it’s been. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported us, shared our posts, and made it all possible.

We’re taking a short baking break this week before we jump into our Independence Day menu! 🎆

📅 June 28: Hotplate menu drops
📅 July 2: Early preorder pickup for those heading out of town
📅 July 4: Bread Shed open with our full holiday menu

We’ll have everything you need to celebrate, from fresh breads and buns to festive treats for your holiday table.

Still looking for a last-minute Father’s Day gift? We’ve got cookie flights, bagels, muffins, mini chippers, and more. Or skip the excuse and treat yourself. We fully support that decision. 😉

• June 14-19: Returning from California. No preorders available this week.

• June 20: The Bread Shed is back open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’ll have bagels, cookies, and plenty of treats ready for you. A perfect way to celebrate Father’s Day weekend!

• June 21: Happy Father’s Day! 💙

• June 22-27: The bakery will be closed, but the Snack Shack (Little Free Bakery) will be stocked.

• June 28: 🇺🇸 Fourth of July preorders open on Hotplate. Be sure to grab your favorites before they’re gone!

• July 4: 🧨 Happy Independence Day! The Bread Shed will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come pick up treats for your celebrations.

We’ve got a limited supply of treats, including some familiar favorites and a few surprises you won’t find anywhere else. If you’ve had your eye on something, come early because once it’s gone, it’s gone!

🛍️ Bonus: The first 20 customers will receive a reusable Juniper Street shopping bag while supplies last.

Due to popular demand and a healthy amount of peer pressure, we’ve decided to reveal the location of our pop-up a day early! 🎉

🏡 338 Alpine Ln., Sonora, CA

For four hours only, this house will be transformed into a tiny bakery stand filled with fresh baked treats from Juniper Street Baking Co. and Birty Bakes.

We’ll have a limited supply of goodies, so if there’s something you’re hoping to snag, don’t wait too long. Once we’re sold out, we’re sold out!

This week’s lineup includes (but is not limited to) classic cinnamon rolls, strawberry cinnamon rolls, and our Mother Lode Cookies loaded with See’s chocolate, caramel, and marshmallows from Nelson’s Candy Kitchen in Columbia.

The Little Free Bakery is OPEN today! 🍪✨

A huge thank you to Laura Jones, who filled it with some absolutely beautiful decorated cookies for our community to enjoy. We love seeing others share their talents and help keep this little box of kindness stocked.

Stop by, take a treat, and spread a little joy. The Little Free Bakery will be open until everything disappears… and if history has taught us anything, these goodies may vanish faster than warm cookies at a family reunion. 💛
