A lot of you have probably heard about what happened in Sandy today. My family lives right around the corner from where the shooting took place and I know multiple people who live in the apartment complex across the street from where the shooting happened. All of which have kids who go to school with my daughter and are her friends. It was a scary situation for all in the neighborhood and I am just so thankful that my family is safe and sound in our home. I am sending so many positive thoughts to all that were affected by the tragedy that happened tonight and my heart breaks for all who are personally connected to someone who either passed away tonight or who were injured. A huge thank you to all my friends who checked in on us this afternoon!
From my time living in Sandy, I have found that this place is such a tight knit community where neighbors look out for neighbors, regardless of race, gender, age, political views, etc. This community has so much deeply rooted care for one another, that when something like this happens, it shakes people to their core.
To anyone affected by this that Iโm friends with on here, please do not hesitate to reach out!
With all this being said, I would love to give out my remaining loaves to the community for free tomorrow. Thereโs only a few left, but if youโre wanting some bread, it will be out in my stand for free. Thank you all ๐
