I may have picked 70+ pounds of apples this year and then went grape picking. Needless to say, I'll be in the kitchen this week processing everything!
Applesauce and butter will be made. What else do you make with apples? Share you udeas and recipes in the comments.

Oh, and I need a grape moonshine recipe if anyone has one!
