A little belated, but a very heartfelt thank you!

Mooncake season wrapped up just over a week ago, and we’ve finally had a moment to catch our breath. 🥮

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who ordered our mooncakes, shared them with family and friends, and supported us throughout the season. Your love and encouragement truly mean the world to us, and we’re so grateful that our mooncakes could be part of your Mid-Autumn celebrations.

We’re already hoping to make mooncakes again for the next Mid-Autumn Festival!

It begins with the egg.

Delicate shells, naturally touched with shades of blue and green. Inside, rich salted yolks waiting to be carefully extracted, one by one, by hand.

A labor of patience and precision, for a filling that is unmistakably decadent: rich salted egg yolk folded into our red bean and white lotus seed moon cakes.
