This kid definitely didn’t inherit his mama’s sweet tooth (love that for him 😆). So when he repeatedly asks for “that marshmallow and chocolate cookie,” I know we’ve got a real winner. Safe to say the S’mores Cookies have earned Caleb’s seal of approval. 🍪🔥

One of my favorite parts of baking is getting to be a small part of life’s celebrations. 💛

These strawberry-filled vanilla cupcakes are headed to a baby shower this weekend, and I love how they turned out.

While these are heading out the door, I’ve also been working on a few exciting things behind the scenes for Bandy’s Bakes. 👀

Update from the night shift: they were a hit 😅

Definitely making these again… just with a few tweaks next time.

Turns out stuffing sweet roll dough with hash browns, sausage, eggs, and cheese was not, in fact, a bad idea for my meat-and-potato crew 🥔🥓

Safe to say tomorrow me was very thankful this morning.

And yes—I still should’ve made a full batch 😂

Tonight’s night shift project…

I took my sweet roll dough and stuffed it with hash browns, sausage, eggs, and cheese 🥔🥓

Did I make enough dough? No.
Did I adjust the filling? Also no.
Do I regret it? Possibly.

We’ll see how this goes 😅

Josh is TWO fast. 🏁

I blinked, and somehow we’re here—two years of sticky fingers, big laughs, and the sweetest little voice calling “Mama.”

There would be no Bandy’s Bakes without my boys. It all started with a first birthday cake for his big brother… and somewhere between the flour, the mess, and the love, I found something that became so much more.

But no matter how much this little business grows, baking for them will always be my favorite.

These are the moments that matter most—the ones I can’t box up, label, or sell.

Happy (almost) 2nd birthday to my rainbow baby. You’ll always be my favorite reason to bake. ❤️
