Established in 2016, we are a DEDICATED gluten free, peanut free, tree-nut free (including coconut), and sesame free facility located in beautiful Downtown Salem!! We mill our own proprietary flour blends and make everything from scratch every morning with no preservatives, no GMOs, no hydrogenated oils and no corn syrups!! We have a dairy free case available daily as well as a few vegan items! We are first come, first served, so pre-orders are encouraged!!!
