When Japanese people think of Apple Pie, they think of Apple filling wrapped in a puff pastry. Laminating butter takes a lot of time and skill, but I think it turned out pretty well! Hoping to bring them as a new product this year. We are hoping to re-open our shop again at Salem Saturday Market in March. Will keep you posted. Until then, please take care, everyone!

Hello everyone. We have two more Saturdays that we’ll be at the market for this season. We’ll be at the market this Saturday, Sep 27 and Oct 25th. These are three savory breads we sell at the shop. Curry Bread is the most elaborate and time consuming of them all. Filled with our own blend of nine spices-beef curry, it’s coated in Panko bread crumbs and then deep fried. Happy Friday! Tomorrow will be out opening day of this season at Salem Saturday Market. The new product, Diamant cookie: comes with four flavors in a box. Parmelise sticks are a type of sweet shortbread with Parmesan cheese. Little different from usual shortbread, but I hope you will give it a try. (My mom’s favorite!).
