Lemon Cake 2.0! During the winter months, I overhauled the recipe for little more fluffy and soft texture. Hope you will give it a try. Diamond Cookies: Classic French butter cookies (each box contains 24 cookies, 6 plain, 6 double chocolate, 6 pecan, 6 pistachio), Florentine: Japanese adaptation of classic French confection, shortbread topped with caramelizado almonds, Almond cookies: my wife’s favorite! Hello everyone! Again, I was able to see my family in Japan, but we are back. It’s been a while, but we are excited to be back at the Salem Saturday Market. We’ll be opening our booth this Saturday at E15, and we would love to see you there. We’ll have usually breads, cookies, tarts, and Shave Ice. Hope to see you there!

When Japanese people think of Apple Pie, they think of Apple filling wrapped in a puff pastry. Laminating butter takes a lot of time and skill, but I think it turned out pretty well! Hoping to bring them as a new product this year. We are hoping to re-open our shop again at Salem Saturday Market in March. Will keep you posted. Until then, please take care, everyone!

Hello everyone. We have two more Saturdays that we’ll be at the market for this season. We’ll be at the market this Saturday, Sep 27 and Oct 25th. Now that the fall is officially here, we will be bringing back the PORK BUNS! (Sorry, no more shaved ice until next summer.) Thank you for your continued support. Hope to see you on Saturday.
