Tomorrow's the day! 🥯

For the past week, our team (including some familiar faces from Northwest Bagels 💛) has been working behind the scenes to get our new bagel kitchen up and running. Tomorrow, fresh house-made bagels hit the counter at both Isaac's and IKE Box.

Thank you for your patience while we got here. We can't wait for you to taste them.

Today we say goodbye to our friends at Northwest Bagels 💛

Over the past few months, their bagels became a favorite at Isaac's and IKE Box, and so many of you told us how much you loved them. We're sad to see them close their doors and grateful for everything they built.

So we're doing our best to honor that. Isaac's has taken on some of their equipment, and members of the Northwest Bagels team are joining ours to start making bagels in-house.

While we get things up and running, you'll find store-bought bagels at both Isaac's and IKE Box for a little while. Rest assured, the bagels you've grown to love will be back soon.

Thank you, Northwest Bagels. We're honored to keep it going. 🥯
