Turns out, sometimes breaking the “rules” makes a better cake 👀🥕

We add our eggs LAST — because adding them too early can overwork the batter and leave you with a flatter, denser cake. Same goes for muffins, cupcakes, and loaves.

It’s the little details that make the difference. 🤌🏼

And yes… our carrot cake is made completely from scratch. Always. 💚

When we say we make our graham cracker cookie crust from scratch… we mean FROM SCRATCH. 👏🏼

Just 7 ingredients instead of 47. We mix ’em, spread them out on sheet trays, bake ’em, then turn them into the buttery graham cracker crumb that gets packed into every mini, medium & whole pie we make. 🤤

No store-bought graham crackers over here.

You wonder why we have the best Key Lime Pie in the country? 👀🍋‍🟩

behind the scenes of the North City Farmers Market 🍓

I can not tell you how much we LOVE them! My kids are always so excited EVERY Sunday to go to this Market, they feel so welcomed, they feel so loved by not only these two, but other vendors that are there each week.
This Market started in April - and it's growing every week.

These two are the most genuine Market Coordinators- and they SHOW UP when putting on a Night Market on the last Sunday of each month! 🌙
- From posting funny videos on Social Media, to posting weekly market hauls, to showing up every Sunday! They are the best of the best.

•Please, if you stop by the market, stop by the Market Booth and give them all the love & thanks. Because they are truly all about the community and making sure everyone leaves the market with a smile on their face!
