I am a Mom to three littles , born and raised in Northeast Florida! I found my love for baking a couple of years ago and have been baking for fun and family events. My Aunt has been a major influence in my love for baking and recently told me I need to set up shop! So here I am proud to announce Sweet Creations By Erica LLC ! This passion of mine would not have been possible without the love and s

upport of my Aunt, my Parents , family and close friends. We specialize in making custom decorated vanilla sugar cookies for special celebrations including birthday's, holidays, shower's, weddings, graduation, bulk orders, school and corporate events. More product offerings coming soon which include Paint Your Own cookies, Cookie Kits, & more! All cookies are made-to-order, with high quality fresh ingredients baked in my kitchen under Licensed Florida Cottage Food Operations. These cookies were made in honor of Stewie and delivered as a heartfelt thank-you to the veterinary team who cared for him with such compassion and dedication. It’s always an honor to help families express gratitude in a meaningful (and delicious) way.

Moments like these remind me that cookies can be more than just dessert — they can tell a story, celebrate love, and say thank you when words aren’t quite enough.

Ringing in the New Year with these New Year’s Eve sugar cookies was the perfect way to end 2025 🍾🖤
Gold, silver, black, clocks at midnight, fireworks, and champagne—every detail was inspired by that magical countdown moment.

Thank you to everyone who supported my little cookie corner this past year. I’m so excited to see what 2026 brings—more creativity, more celebrations, and of course… more cookies 🤍

These Christmas cookies were made with so much love, late nights, and holiday magic — and they’re a reminder of why I started Sweet Creations by Erica in the first place.
