10 Franklin Place is the new home of a sunny rustic style bakery with an open kitchen. In our beautifully designed shop, we conjure up all our homemade sweet and savory treats. Fresh jams, candies, baked items, and of course locally roasted coffee from Cafe Grumpy of Brooklyn, NY. We are a creative kitchen that explores and melds all culinary traditions to invent new flavors, textures, and perfect

and preserve the old. We do not have a set menu, so if there is something you love be sure to place an order!

Mother’s Day looks different for everyone. I knew I always wanted to be a mom. My last pastry chef position was a tough one for me. All I could think about was how was I going to be a mom, if I am working 12hr+ days with almost zero flexibility. I thought a lot about this and that process led me to my journey of opening a small business. I didn’t open up shop to make money, my view of success is different than most. I opened to have my own flexibility so I can do what I love and raise my family! Sometimes I work more than I would like to but I have a great support system and a great team and I’m very happy to raise my children in our small business 🩷
