✝️ ASH WEDNESDAY
The Holy season of Lent begins today for our customers who partake. The beginning of Lent also marks the beginning of potato pancake season at the bakery! We have plenty in store today and will continue every Friday ONLY through the next weeks until Easter Sunday (April 17th). These are sought after and requested every year, so stop in early to grab them before they sell out!

(The preparation below is our very own potato pancake topped with smoked salmon, crème fresh, and scallion! We highly recommend you give this a try!)
