BEM CASADOS! This is not my photo - it’s Natalia Mendonca’s! I finished her course today on making these and will make my first test run tomorrow! They are Brazilian treats found at almost all weddings. It’s two sponge cakes sandwiched with dulce de leche then bathed in a sugar syrup that dries and leaves them crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. I’m intrigued by other customs and can’t wait to try them! 😋

I completed a consultancy with Nat about organizing my business, and I believe I’m all set for success this fall and winter and thank you for being here for me!

STUFF. We all have too much stuff. Physically and mentally.

Two days ago I decided to continue my cookie cutter and bakery organization, and somehow it turned into needing to find my fall and Halloween decor, then into I need to unload the remaining boxes from moving and organize the entire house. 🤣 Sometimes my mind cannot think creatively until everything is where it should be and efficiently organized.

I needed to triple check that I have everything lined up for my upcoming orders and markets. And decided I needed more cookie cutters! 😱 So some new items will make an appearance this fall and Christmas. So excited!!

I’m making samples for three upcoming cookie classes, as well as a preorder for Beetlejuice cookies! I decided to do a preorder in lieu of a flash sale.

🥳Happy Friday! Quick update! It’s actually nice enough to sit outside with an iced coffee!! Lots of Fall Build a Boxes went out, and I have a few pecan bars and pumpkin spice bread minis left. Message me if you want some, otherwise you can order for the next round the 24th on the pinned post.

I worked the grave yard shift last night 🤣and need a break, so I’ll make everything for the Beetlejuice flash sale in the morning. Finished all my weekend orders and will be posting lots of pics. Have a great weekend!❤️

Hi friends! Today I’m taking Natalia’s Bem Casado course! So excited to learn how to make these Brazilian treats. I’ve learned that in Brazil, almost all weddings have them! It’s dulce de leche sandwiched between sponge cakes soaked in a vanilla syrup. Doesn’t that sound fantastic?? I’ve already taken her Brigaderos course and will be testing both this week. Tell me, have you tried either?

I love learning new things! And I love anything caramel so I think these are going to be so good!!

First test is complete - Mmmm my favorite cake in a 1-2 serving mini pan! I couldn’t even eat half, but if you want to eat it all I won’t be mad at you! But these are totally shareable too - or it comes with a lid so you can eat some and save the rest for later like I did 🤣 Can’t wait to make more and more flavors tomorrow!! Who wants some?
