Wendy's Famous Six-Ingredient Brownie Recipe
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder
3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled a little (too hot will cook the eggs)
3/4 cup high quality dark chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli extra dark, 60% cacao)
3 eggs
parchment paper
9X13 baking pan (MUST be this size or brownies won't turn out)
Preheat oven to 325. Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl by hand, add 1/2 t. salt then throw all wet ingredients in. Stir minimally, just until combined. Pam a 9X13 baking pan and line with parchment paper and put in brownies, smooshing out with rubber spatula by pushing down, don't spread evenly with metal spatula. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Take pan out of oven, grab edges of parchment paper and transfer brownies on the paper to cooling rack. Enjoy with cold milk.

Anyone else get hit with the hail last night? Don't worry I'm still doing my baking today and tomorrow but here's my story: Baseball and softball size hail here last night. We've been here 22 years and this is the worst I've ever seen it. It was completely terrifying with the sound of about 100 baseballs hitting the roof all at the same time for about 10 minutes, plus rain, plus the sound of breaking glass all over the house, lights going out. Knocked out 12 window panes, smashed both our car windshields, completely smashed out my back car window, I've got about 50 baseball sized dents all over my car, broke both of my mirror housings on the car as well as five tail lights and headlights, shattered our glass patio table, smashed our vents on top of the house, tree parts completely covering both yards. My car is likely totaled.
