This summer heat makes me think of strawberry crunch bar popsicles.🍓Now you can have one as a cake! My Strawberry Shortcake Crunch Bar Cake features two white velvet layers and one layer of strawberry, filled with strawberry jam and frosted with ermine frosting that tastes like lightly sweetened whipped cream. Fresh pears are so perfect right now! Time to order my Swedish Pear Cardamom Buttermilk Cake 🍐😍 Three extra tall layers of tender buttermilk cardamom cake, filled with stovetop pear compote made with four whole, fresh pears, sliced thin and cooked down with brown sugar and lemon juice until caramelized. Frosted with cardamom and cinnamon American buttercream for a warm-spiced finish. Message to order.

🍰It's free cake slice day!🍰Today I'm offering my Banana Chocolate Chip Cake🍌🍫Banana cake layers made with four whole, ripe bananas and plenty of Ghirardelli mini chocolate chips in the batter, frosted with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting swirled on top with Saigon cinnamon. If Snickerdoodles are your favorite cookie, here's your new favorite cake! Three soft, brown butter cinnamon swirl buttermilk layers have that signature snickerdoodle tang and adding buttermilk to the vanilla cinnamon spice buttercream does the same. Decorated with a whole recipe of my famous chewy, double-dipped snickerdoodles. Cinna-tastic!

Here's a fun cake: My Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Cake! There's cooked oatmeal in the batter, in addition to mini chocolate chips and cinnamon, and it's frosted with whipped peanut butter buttercream. This perfectly balanced salty, sweet, chewy, soft cake has a unique chewy texture that makes it hard to stop going back for another bite! Message to order.
