I took these three cakes to my office Christmas party yesterday! Which one would you take a slice of first? My Eggnog Cake with bourbon mascarpone frosting, my Caramel Apple Cake with French apple layers and cream cheese frosting or my Ding D**g Cake with ermine cream between chocolate layers and chocolate ganache? 🤔 UPDATE: It was a close race, but Eggnog barely edged out Ding D**g for the win!

I take my tender vanilla buttermilk Bundt cake and fill it with strawberry jam to mimic a giant sufganiyah, then I dress it up with blue vanilla buttercream, and nine festive swirls topped with gelt. Message me to reserve a slice and I will send you the address to come on by! Pickups are 4 PM to 9 PM today.
