New Baked Item & A Bittersweet Goodbye (For Now)
Some of you may have already heard, but I wanted to share the news here too. I’ll be moving soon and will no longer be able to take fresh bread orders for my amazing Indianapolis community. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for all the support, love, and encouragement you’ve given me and The Sour Bar. You’ve helped shape this little sourdough dream into something real, and I couldn’t have done it without you.
This isn’t goodbye forever. I’m working on developing shippable sourdough goods for the future (stay tuned!) but for now, I’m doing one final big bread drop before I go.
You’ll find all the favorites in this drop:

These are fluffy, soft, and perfectly tangy with a golden, slightly crisp outside and a tender, chewy inside. Ideal for breakfast sandwiches, slathered in butter, or toasted with jam! They’re everything you didn’t know you needed in a sourdough bake.
My last day for accepting orders is June 25th and I’d love nothing more than to go out with a bang, baking for the community that’s given me everything.
