I may not have been posting as much this winter, but there has been a good reason for it. I’ve been working hard behind the scenes, hunkering down and refining my recipes and baked goods, and I’m so excited to finally share that The Sour Bar is officially part of the Rochester Farmers Markets🧑🏻‍🌾🥖

This has been a big dream of mine for a long time, and seeing it finally come to life means so much. I’m beyond grateful for my friends, family, and everyone who has shown up to support me along the way. I truly could not do this without you. The Rochester community has been so welcoming, supportive, and kind, and I’ve felt so encouraged every step of the way.

I’m also so excited to say that at my very first farmers market, I sold out in the first three hours. That kind of support means everything to me, and it makes me even more excited for all the markets ahead.

Thank you for being here and following along. I’ll be sharing more updates, market details, and new things coming soon.

New Baked Item & A Bittersweet Goodbye (For Now)

Some of you may have already heard, but I wanted to share the news here too. I’ll be moving soon and will no longer be able to take fresh bread orders for my amazing Indianapolis community. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for all the support, love, and encouragement you’ve given me and The Sour Bar. You’ve helped shape this little sourdough dream into something real, and I couldn’t have done it without you.

This isn’t goodbye forever. I’m working on developing shippable sourdough goods for the future (stay tuned!) but for now, I’m doing one final big bread drop before I go.

You’ll find all the favorites in this drop:
🥖 Sourdough loaves that we all know and love — the OG Original, Garlic & Herb, Cinnamon & sugar, Chocolate Swirl, and Jalapeño Cheddar.
🥯 Bagels in the same classic flavors (minus the chocolate swirl, of course)

And for the first time ever
✨Sourdough English muffins!!!✨🍞
These are fluffy, soft, and perfectly tangy with a golden, slightly crisp outside and a tender, chewy inside. Ideal for breakfast sandwiches, slathered in butter, or toasted with jam! They’re everything you didn’t know you needed in a sourdough bake.

My last day for accepting orders is June 25th and I’d love nothing more than to go out with a bang, baking for the community that’s given me everything.
