Hi Rochester! 💗

As we all know, we’ve been surrounded by construction for quite some time, and now that students are back in school, our staffing has changed as well. We are doing everything we can to stay open and continue serving you! 🧋

After a lot of thought, we’ve decided to make a big change to our menu. We will be simplifying it and removing some items, and toppings.

This change will help us make training easier for our new team members, keep our ingredients fresher, reduce waste, and most importantly, make sure the drinks we serve you are consistently good.

It wasn’t an easy decision because we know everyone has their favorites. 🥹 We truly hope you understand and continue to support us through all these changes.

Thank you for continuing to support our little shop through the construction, staffing changes, and everything in between. It means more to us than you know. 💗🧋🥹

This is so, so sad. 💔💔💔

We just worked together today, and I could feel how stressed and disappointed you were and how much weight you carried. I kept thinking I wish there was more I could do to help.

I know saying “stay strong” or “hang in there” doesn’t really make things better right now. I just truly wish I could do more.

My heart is broken. 💔
