Conviction Coffee is open Monday through Friday 7:30 to 1pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm

It was a VERY busy week in the bakery! It was Virginia's Blue Ridge restaurant week which brought us customers from all over the region. Thank you for traveling so far to visit us! 🫶🏼

Friday morning we popped up The Little Button for Mimosas with Mom to support The Wild Way Such a fun morning with those ladies 💖

Saturday, I judged the first bake-off benefiting House of Bread What a wonderful night. We tasted over 30 desserts across four categories and three age groups. Very impressive Roanoke! The stories, love and support in that room were overwhelmingly beautiful! Thank you for all that you do! 🙏🏻

On Sunday, we plated dessert for over 170 people for the LEAP Farm Harvest Supper. What an incredible evening it was supporting our local food system. This year, our dish was a variety of baked apples from monkeysfreshfruitandveggies with a spiced Chantilly and a crisp spiced nut topping. A light intro to Fall 🍂

And most importantly the bakery was open all four days with various custom orders 😅 Some weeks I don’t know how all of it gets done! Thankful for the wonderful ladies who make it all possible- Mom, Savannah and Mia

Weekend Recap ✨

The shop had so much color this week! The cheddar biscuits were on 🔥 Saturday! Pumpkin Blueberry muffins are finally back for the season and the blueberry cookies were a hit! For those looking for fall flavors, be sure to try a slice of our apple chai cake and the apple crumb cake!

Weekend Highlights ✨

The shop was full of flavor over the weekend! We’ve been working on our cinnamon bun recipe, offered a variety of stone fruits in our coffee cake and kept the financier on the menu. You’ll couldn’t get enough 🤤 I love creating items that are equally as beautiful as they are delicious.

Tuscan W**e Dinner ✨

What a wonderful evening exploring flavors of Tuscany in the beautiful theregencyroom with Chef Wells Wells Selbe and his team 🍷

This dinner was inspired by my recent trip to Tuscany. I love the simple and rich flavors of Italian cuisine and I love the feeling they offer around dinner tables. They take pride in their agriculture and food system which results in nourishing and quality ingredients. Florence requires at least 70% of the food in restaurants to be from Tuscany. This keeps farms and trades in families for years to come. Not to mention the love and passion they have for their w**es👌🏼
