The only morning that you can sleep in on your long weekend.... and you are up at 6 am with a recipe in your head you dont want to lose!! My husband is looking at me like...😒😒🙄. Hear me out, i feel some will love this idea and other's won't. Banana cookie stuffed with cookie butter then topped with melted cookie butter and vanilla wafers?!?!?! My dough turned out more like a quick bread batter, so this may turn out more like a "Cakie" then a cookie 🤷‍♀️🤣🧡 🍌
