Happy retirement Vibha (and Shrikant)!

You must have seen Vibha , helping me and Bhooshan, through multiple events in past few years. 

Vibha has been a seamless backend of my business and has helped me through very nascent stages. 

She is the older sister that me and my business needed in crisis and calm. 

Vibha and Shrikant are retiring this month (and making massive travel plans, couldn't be more excited for them)!

, this isn't a good bye, but this is a massive thank you for everything that you did for 100th avenue cakes.

I was exceptionally lucky to have you for all these years. 

We wish Vibha  and Shrikant a very happy retirement and a wonderful time together! ❤️🙏❤️

Half-eaten, but fully telling the story 👀
That perfect bite shows what really matters — a macaron that’s filled just right, not hollow, not empty. That soft, luscious center is not luck… it’s technique, precision, and a lot of trial + error.
Getting full shells is technically everything in macaron making — structure, batter consistency, oven control… all working together behind the scenes.
And yes… I am absolutely doing “research” by eating them 😀🙈
