In honor of Redmond High School Girls basketball team winning the IMC league for a second year in a row, I thought it would be fitting to share the cake I made for the team last year!

I wanted to incorporate basketball, of course, but also add a little female flair to celebrate the strength, skill, and spirit of these amazing athletes. They always request my red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting so that's what I made. Now the question is, what will I make them this year?

It’s that time of year and I will once again be offering my Valentine’s Day sweet boxes!

I will be offering a small, medium or large box. You may pick one or a variety of treats.

Each box can be filled with the following:
❤️ Cupcakes (Vanilla, chocolate, or red velvet)
💗 Hot Chocolate Bombs
❤️ Cake pops (vanilla)
💗 Cream Cheese Brownie bites

These sweet boxes make the perfect gift for your loved one, friends, teachers or coworkers!

Please place your order by Monday 2/12. Orders will be ready the morning of 2/14. Delivery available for a small fee in Central Oregon.

What’s the saying…”happy wife, happy life!”?!😆

In all seriousness I think it’s great when I get an order from a husband or boyfriend wanting to celebrate their wife or significant other. They usually know exactly what they want and this was a perfect example. The husband wanted to celebrate his wife’s 30th birthday with a “30” vanilla cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream and fresh berries on top. Yum! 🍓

Fall is in the air 🍁

I wrapped up wedding season with this beautiful 3 tiered cake this weekend. Quite honestly this was a very last minute order and the stars aligned that I had the availability to make it happen for this couple. With any job there are things you enjoy more than others and I truly enjoyed making this cake!

They kept it simple with vanilla and chocolate cake with vanilla bean buttercream. The design was simple and the added flowers completed the look!

Holy Cow 🐮

I’ve been a little quiet on here but I’ve still been very busy in the kitchen! I figure I need to get back to posting all my fun orders and what better time than now!

How fun is this cake? The party theme was “First Rodeo” and this highland cow cake made the perfect smash cake! It was a chocolate cake, cream cheese frosting on the inside, and chocolate frosting on the outside!

I am thankful I was able to add a little sweetness to this little one’s birthday! Can’t wait for the next!

✨90✨

I’ve been wanting to make a number cake for some time. There was no better time than for my Grandma Kit’s surprise 90th birthday party!

After some input from family members on their favorite flavors I made the “9” a vanilla cake with a cookies and cream filling. The “0” was a lemon cake with a raspberry filling. Both had vanilla buttercream on top.

Who’s going to place an order for my next number cake?!?!

The way I see it, if you want the rainbow you have to put up with the storm! 🌈

Our tiny little rainbow girl turned 3 this week! The girl is obsessed with rainbows. If you don’t know Hollis’ story, she was born 7 weeks early, on Friday the 13th, on the day before our world shut down for COVID. To say she was born into a storm is an understatement. Little did I know she would have a personality as big as the world! She is definitely our rainbow after a storm! 🌈 💖

As requested, I made a funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream and lots of sprinkles! 😉

Now let’s talk about that cake topper!! This great gal, who also grew up in Redmond, started up her own little company this last year. She posted about these cake toppers and I knew we needed one! Go check out her page. Thanks for making our rainbow dream come true, !!

How cute was this order?! Unicorns have been my post popular for cakes and cupcake orders recently. Can you be a little girl in 2023 and not love unicorns? 😉

I enjoy the orders that include a cake and cupcakes. It gives the option for a variety of cake flavors while still keeping with the theme of the party!

When life gives you birthdays, eat the cake!

I enjoy most orders but this one I was VERY excited about! For those that know me understand my love for cheetah print and anything pink or teal. Put all of those into a cake… perfection! 👌🏼

The birthday girl wanted a chocolate cake, vanilla buttercream frosting, and (pink) chocolate drip.
