In the kitchen this morning working on strawberry lemonade and raspberry chocolate cupcakes. Both of these cupcakes are filled with a homemade seedless fruit filling. Feels great to be back in the kitchen after a long break!

I got to spend August with my family in Norway and try lots of fun vegan food including langos (with seaweed roe, pictured).

Next, I spent some time in Italy before coming to Austria to do some training with the local Mountain Rescue teams and Seattle Mountain Rescue (the unit I’m a part of). It has been an incredible experience but I’m excited to start baking again!! ❤️
