Farmer's Market is CANCELED today due to weather! 🌧 Which means my farmstand will be STOCKED and OPEN today, since I already prepared my baked goods!

I will have a lot of fresh milled products since Lake Village Farmer's Market shoppers love the Fresh milled goods 😉🌾

Dala Bakehouse: campground edition 🏕️

We spent the weekend at Round Lake Campground. A place we have been camping at for 20 years! As always, it was so much fun and a nice little getaway.

My menu is including more and more sourdough and fresh milled foods these days, and our camping trips are no different.

BBQ sandwiches on fresh milled buns with coleslaw was probably my favorite meal. We also had:
• Sourdough cookies with ice cream
• Sourdough baguettes with bruschetta
• Fresh milled pancakes (amazing 🥞)
• Sourdough sandwiches
• Tacos
• and more...

Also, being a micro-baker means bringing your sourdough starter in the RV during camp trips.
