Dala Bakehouse: campground edition 🏕️

We spent the weekend at Round Lake Campground. A place we have been camping at for 20 years! As always, it was so much fun and a nice little getaway.

My menu is including more and more sourdough and fresh milled foods these days, and our camping trips are no different.

BBQ sandwiches on fresh milled buns with coleslaw was probably my favorite meal. We also had:
• Sourdough cookies with ice cream
• Sourdough baguettes with bruschetta
• Fresh milled pancakes (amazing 🥞)
• Sourdough sandwiches
• Tacos
• and more...

Also, being a micro-baker means bringing your sourdough starter in the RV during camp trips.

Schedule update for May 👒

Starting next week, you’ll find me at the Farmer’s Market every Tuesday 🌱

My farmstand will not be open on Thursdays on Havichur Loop anymore, but check the schedule for Fridays and Saturday days open.

Starting May 5th, you can find me every Tuesday at Lake Village Farmer's Market from 4–7 PM!

I’ll have:
• Fresh milled sandwich bread
• Fresh milled hamburger buns
• Fresh milled sourdough
• Classic sourdough
• Sourdough hamburger buns
• Sourdough baguettes and more!

🌾 I’ll also have bags of fresh milled flour available for purchase. My organic wheat berries are sourced from Grand Teton Ancient Grains, and everything is made with quality ingredients you can feel good about.

Come shop local, support all the incredible vendors, and enjoy an evening at the market. I hear there will be beers and tacos 😉
