We launched these cute little monsters at our coffee shop partners last week and they flew off the counters! They were an instant fan favorite — especially with the kiddos! 💙🍪 So of course, we had to make more.

Cookie Monster is a brown sugar cake, chocolate chips & crushed Oreo pieces — all dipped in that signature Cookie Monster blue and topped with a chocolate chip cookie. 🍪
