We are happy to report that these highly-rated Praline Southern Rum Custard Buns are greenlit for availability at our next UPMC Presbyterian pop-ups on July 13th and August 12th, and DAILY in Kamin Tower. 🥳

These custard buns are a true labor of love by my daughter and I—traditional as well as blissfully sugar-free!

The custard is specked with vanilla beans, the darkest Southern rum, substantial cream and hand-whisked custard.

It is a distinct pleasure to be featured again in , particularly as this profile captures a pivotal moment of transition and growth.

My work, including the recognition from as a Top 50 Global Diabetes Industry Leader, is fundamentally anchored in the innovative spirit of . It is that same spirit that will animate the next phase of my practice.

Very fun day, and it’s so sweet to see that my mother has a traveling fan club who are so excited to see her wherever she appears and enjoy all of their sugar-free favorites.

As a reminder, our next UPMC pop-up is May 18th as we get closer to the soft-launch in October and full Kamin Tower launch in January.

Mom knows how much you love her sugar-free oatmeal-raisin cookies and almost always features them during our appearances. They’re available this weekend at the Pittsburgh Draft Bash!
