Policies & Procedures
In order to schedule a cake order wit
h Kashae’s Custom Kakery for any type of event there is a 50% deposit that must be paid, this deposit is non-refundable; the finale deposit is due 2 days before your event. DOESN’T INCLUDE WEDDING CAKES. Specialty Cakes:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Specialty cakes must be ordered 1 months in advance. 3 Weeks at the latest, in order to hold your date you must be able to pay the 50% deposit once you book your date. Then you will receive a final invoice. If less time is provided a service fee of 10% will be added to your order,
Specialty Cakes/ Photo Submission: If you want a specific cake design I ask that you email me a photo for me to conduct with. Delivery service is available for an additional charge of $10-30 (with in a 30 mile radius) all delivery orders must be paid 48 hours in advance. We are not responsible for any damages to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing a secure and stable environment for the cake to be placed, the cakes are heavy and they require a stable/sturdy table to be placed. The room optimal room temp of 75 degrees or below. All cakes must sit out at least an hour prior to your event, If Kashae’s Custom Kakery delivers the cake and there is no place to set up the cake and you set the cake elsewhere other than where it supposed to be such as a restaurant (who typically sits it in the refrigerator or freezer) if you cut into the cake and its cold/ frozen we are not responsible. Due to the fact of the cake not being placed in the proper place
Wedding Cake:
All wedding cakes must be ordered 3 months in advance (90 day’s notice)
A non-refundable deposit of $80 is required to hold your wedding date. You will be able to cancel your wedding reservation up until 18 days prior to your wedding date and you will receive a refund in the amount for $45. Wedding Cake Changes: Changes may be made to wedding cake flavors, serving’s counts, and design until 18 days before your wedding date. At that time, everything must be finalized, no changes to serving count, flavors or design after the 15 day point. Changing orders: 72 hour notice is required for any type of change. No changes to the cake size, decoration or flavor can be made after that time. When making any changes you wish to a specialty cake order prior to your pick up time on your invoice form I cannot guarantee any additional flavors will be available if changes are made within the 72 hours. Also In the event that you have more guess then you anticipated I ‘am always able you make cupcakes to add to your order to feed your extra guess. If you are to order any pastries the same rules apply. FINAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE 2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. IN ORDER FOR ME TO MAKE FINISHING TOUCHES TO YOUR CAKE ORDER. ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE MADE ONCE YOU BOOK YOUR DATE!! ALL ORDERS OVER 200.00 WE BE CASH ONLY!!
