~ IG: I started experimenting with some cooking skills that i've picked up in 2010. haha...

Waking up early in the morning to go to work and wanting someting good, but quick to eat.., to coming home, and wanting something really wholesome and mouth-watering to buss down on. I picked up a spatula, turned on an cast iron skillet, & from that point til now, i have taught myself everything there is to know about basic to experienced culinary & pastry baking. from simple things like rapid sli

cing and kneading dough., to more challenging tasks such as making/handling fondant and pretzel buns. my work has gain a reputation of some magnitude throughout major and some minor cities in the US, as well as some large cities in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. some favorites among a majority include, the cinnamon roll bundt cake, apple carrot bread, iced tea water ice, wide variety of homemade ice creams and also soft and chewy cookies., as well as, such as, crispy fried bbq wings, hot toddy rice pudding, cioppino, & stuffed swedish meatballs. I love to work with food, because, i like to eat.
