Effective immediately:
We will no longer rent out any items to individuals who are not being fully serviced by us, unless a holding deposit is placed.
In 12 years of business, we have never required additional funds to hold rental items. However, over the past two weeks, we have experienced repeated issues including items being kept beyond agreed timeframes, linens not being returned, and missing chairs. This behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
If you currently have any property belonging to us, it must be returned no later than Monday. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken without further notice.
This policy is in place to protect our business, our inventory, and our clients who respect our process.
