Watching something come to life from just flour and water is pure magic ✨
My sourdough starters are officially growing strong — one oat-based and one brown rice-based, both gluten-free and full of potential. Seeing the bubbles, the rise, the activity… it’s all part of the process and I’m here for every second of it.
These babies are getting closer to full maturity, and I cannot wait to bring you the very first Honest Batch sourdough bread 🍞
