These Dubai chocolate cookies are absolutely delicious. They are made with toasted shredded phyllo dough mixed with brown butter. I also add tahini and pistachio cream for extra flavor. To enhance the Dubai taste, I drizzle more pistachio cream and chocolate on top. The result is a delightful treat!

I just baked an absolutely mouthwatering strawberry and white chocolate sourdough loaf, and let me tell you, it is beyond amazing! The combination of sweet, juicy strawberries with creamy white chocolate is just heavenly. I can't wait for you to try it! Please tell me of an inclusion you would like to see me make??
