Honored to create this beautiful cake for a truly remarkable gentleman celebrating 80 years around the sun. His words on unity and our shared humanity were inspiring — a beautiful reminder that kindness connects us all.
The cake is an almond shortcake with layers of fresh strawberries, strawberry compote, vanilla bean marscapone chantilly cream covered in Italian meringue buttercream. The cake is wrapped in a marbled Italian meringue buttercream collar and decorated with edible gold foil.
