Hello everyone! I'm out of the shop this week. I'll be helping a couple family members get to medical procedures.

I am working on developing new recipes to add to my menu. Last week I reconstructed a family sugar cookie recipe and I made a cotton candy with a glaze and an orange cookie with white chocolate chips and a white chocolate drizzle.

Hello everyone. I'd like to apologize for my absence my husband was hospitalized on July 26th and spent 4 days in the hospital only to be told that they couldn't help him. They discharged him and told him to go to a different hospital it's been a nightmare. I wasn't able to bake. I'm wasn't able to bake this last week and my husband is having a surgery this Friday so I'm hoping to be back very soon. Thank you all for understanding and your continued support.

Sad news. I will not be baking this week. 😭 I thought I was getting better and wham! 🤧🤒 I ended up going to the Dr.s yesterday. I'm so glad they had an opening! Upper respiratory issues. My throat is so swollen I can barely swallow. Lots of rest, fluids and medicine. Hopefully I'll be back in the shop soon!! I miss baking your orders.
