I'm Kathryn, a chronically ill girl who loves baking tasty treats and informing about Ehlers-Danlos ❤

I had the opportunity to make a very special cake for a secret elopement! I'm so happy for the beautiful couple and I love that they did their wedding exactly how they wanted. Thanks Ándrea and Mark for trusting me for your special day! ❤️❤️

Got a request for some political cookies for a group of volunteers of the ONW Joco Dems. I'm so thankful I got to help out in a small way! Don't forget how important it is to vote in the upcoming midterm elections! If your vote didn't matter they wouldn't be trying so hard to take your vote away!

Sweet treats are a great way to say welcome to the neighborhood to new neighbors! ❤️🏠

The cake that went with the super cute 3-nage dirtbag cookies complete with candy ci******es per request! The cake was strawberry with a homemade strawberry compote and both strawberry and vanilla buttercream. Her kids are allergic to eggs and artificial food color so of course we skipped both!

This was my first coffin shaped cake and I kinda like how it turned out! The second picture shows the only roses I was able to actually put on the cake. I was making the buttercream roses at like 2 am and I kept dropping them off the flower nail and right onto the floor. I probably made 15 of them and 5 are all that didn't end up on the floor! 🫠🫠 Sometimes you gotta just call it a day when things aren't working any longer! Got a few hours of sleep and was thankfully able to finish the cake with time to spare!

I'd love to try this type of cake again with a gothic color scheme I think it would look so cool super dark, but the customer gets what the customer wants!!

Cake was a nice moist lemon cake with raspberry filling and lemon buttercream. Delicious 🤤

I really loved making this set of cookies for a beautiful outdoor wedding shower! They used antique china sets, lots of flowers and such cute little touches like doilies. Loved the theme! Scroll over for a look at the cookies at the event.

Cute little elementary graduation cake went out yesterday! It was a deep, rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and strawberry fillings topped with buttercream. The girl and year were made with fondant and the hat and diploma were purchased by the woman who ordered the cake.

And yes, I'm still wearing the boot and struggling with walking, but I didn't want to cancel on any previously set up orders! Thankfully I was able to give myself plenty of time to rest and ice my foot and I was able to sit for most of the process. I'm taking a much needed rest day today and then I'm headed to see an orthopedic surgeon tomorrow morning and hopefully get some answers and a plan of attack!
