Many of you have noticed I haven’t been making doughs, breads, and bagels recently.

I started this as a hobby, and am so glad that you have supported me and enjoyed it with me. However, I have been in a Masters Program at K-State for teaching, and I will be starting my student teaching hours alongside working as a Substitute Teacher. This has changed how often I am able to work with my sourdough.

I would like to offer a Sourdough Class to anyone interested. The cost for the class would be $50 and would include
1) Sourdough Starter
2) An IKEA jar (retails for $4.99) that I use for my starter
3) A Notebook and Pen for your sourdough questions, answers, and places I go to get answers
4) A copy of all the recipes I use, including:
Pizza Dough
Sourdough
Cinnamon Buns
Dinner Rolls
Bagels
5) Access to a private group on FB where you can ask questions, offer answers, and share you own creations, recipes, and ideas
