I made a small (but exciting!) upgrade today! 🥖✨

A local mama has decided to put her sourdough journey on the back burner so she can focus on her family. Wishing her all the best in this next season! ❤️

For me, this means a huge step forward! I was able to purchase her loaf pans, which will simplify my baking process and make my bake days much more efficient. And more proofing baskets- which means more sourdough loaves!🙌🙌

Instead of baking 6 loaves at a time, I'll now be able to bake 8 loaves at once! 🎉 That means less time waiting on oven rotations, more fresh bread, and the ability to serve even more of you.

Every little upgrade helps this small business grow, and I'm so grateful for your support that makes moments like this possible. 🍞🤎It's a win-win—one baker gets to focus on her family, and Ten Acre Baker gets to keep growing. ❤️
