God has blessed me far beyond anything I deserve. Through every season, every adventure, every crazy moment, His greatest gifts to me have been you and our girls.

You are still the woman I choose, the woman I laugh with, pray with, dream with—and somehow, after 20 years, the woman who still puts up with me. 😂

I’m grateful for God’s grace over our marriage, His protection over you and our family, and the beautiful life we’ve built together.

Happy 40th, my love. Finally lol ❤️

Tina, I still look at you and can’t believe I get to call you my wife. You’re beautiful, but your heart is what I love most.

I see it in the way you love Sofia and Siena. How much you care about their happiness, what they’re going through, and who they’re becoming. So much of the good in our girls comes from you. I hope they grow up knowing how blessed they are to have you as their mom.

And that love extends to your friends. You show up, you care deeply, and you want good things for the people around you. You make people feel loved. You may not always see the difference you make, but I do.

This year has asked a lot of you. I’ve seen your strength, and I’ve seen what it’s taken to be that strong. I wish I could make it all lighter, babe. Just know you always have me to lean on.

I thank God for bringing you into my life. My prayer for your 40th is that He gives you peace, brings you joy, and makes His direction clear. That you feel His love as deeply as you give yours, and trust what He has ahead for you.

To my beautiful daughter Sofia — 15 years old and already becoming such an incredible young woman.

You are sweet, kind, compassionate, and somehow still the brightest light in every room you walk into. Whether it’s singing your heart out, competing on the golf course, pushing hard in lacrosse, or simply making people laugh and feel loved, you bring a special energy everywhere you go.

What I admire most is your grit. Your relentless spirit. The way you keep going, keep growing, and keep believing — while still holding onto your gentle heart. That combination is rare.

I pray God continues to guide you, protect you, and surround you with wisdom, confidence, and good people throughout your life. May He always keep your heart soft, your spirit strong, and your path filled with purpose and joy.

Happy Mother’s Day to my amazing mom.

What you did for our family still blows my mind when I really stop and think about it. You left Iran, left your career, left your friends, left everything familiar, and came to the United States with three boys, basically nothing in your pocket, and a dream for a better life for your children.

You started over from scratch.
New country.
New language.
New life.
No excuses. No complaining. Just strength, sacrifice, faith, and nonstop love.

You worked jobs beneath your abilities without ever losing your dignity because your mission was bigger than your ego — it was your family.

Everything I am today started with you.

You taught me patience.
You taught me confidence.
You taught me how to treat people.
You taught me to stay kind even during difficult times.
You taught me that bringing light into somebody’s life matters more than money or status.

You are still the person I speak to every single day. The person who keeps me grounded when life gets crazy. The person who always reminds me who I really am underneath all the businesses, stress, meetings, and goals.

Even during the toughest moments in life, you somehow always kept giving to others. Always loving. Always supporting. Always anchoring our family.

That strength shaped all of us.

I honestly don’t think there are enough words to thank you for everything you sacrificed for your boys and for the life you helped create for our family.

Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful wife, Tina.

This year has not been an easy one, and watching the way you’ve carried yourself through everything with your mom has honestly made me admire and love you even more. I’ve seen your strength, your heart, your patience, and your resilience on a completely different level. Even while carrying so much emotionally, you still show up every single day for our family with love, warmth, and grace.

You are the heart of this family.
The calm in the storm.
The one who somehow keeps all of us grounded, supported, laughing, organized, and deeply loved.

Watching you with Siena and Sofia is one of the greatest blessings of my life. The way you encourage them, protect them, listen to them, and love them so unconditionally is extraordinary. They are becoming strong, kind, confident young girls because they have you as their mother and role model.

And somehow… while handling life, family, stress, emotions, schedules, and all my nonstop projects and ideas, you still manage to look beautiful doing it. Honestly, it’s impressive.

I’ve watched you evolve this year — not just as a mother, wife, and daughter — but as a person. Stronger. Deeper. More grounded. More compassionate. And even more beautiful in the ways that actually matter most.

I love building this life with you. After all these years, you’re still my favorite person to come home to.

Been waiting 47 years for this day. May God bless the US liberating army of occupied Iran. May God bless President Trump for his leadership. Iranian people want freedom they want a great relationship with the rest of the world and the one to forever be masters of their own destiny.

For anyone who counters this and states that they don’t is pro regime make no mistake. May God bless the souls of those who give up their lives for this freedom and those perished and never saw this state coming. This reminds me of D-Day in Europe in World War II once again the US has stepped in to lead the world, unlike European countries and free a hijacked countryand marked my words. Iran’s gonna be the largest ally in the United States after Israel.

We went deep into the next era of refractive care — adjustability, drop-based refractive corrections, the evolving role of ODs, AI-guided personalization, and how surgeons like us balance patient excitement with real-world outcomes.
