It all started with an Easy Bake Oven at 7 years old and hasn’t stopped baking since. Meet our Assistant Baker, Diana 🥐

She was a teacher before she found her way to BIBco at the end of February, and it already feels like she’s been part of the family forever. She’ll tell you herself that the best part of the job is the people — the ones behind the counter and the ones who come through that door every day. And we feel exactly the same way about her.

Our Spring-Summer evening baking classes are now open on the website!! Small classes, all the swirl secrets, and a bakery that feels extra magical once the sun starts to set. You’ll head home with your fresh cinnamon rolls and scones to share or to enjoy all to yourself (the best kind of souvenir).
