Do you like how the axolotyl pool party cake turns out??

The “pool” is a chocolate cake filled with cookies and cream ice cream, the pool floatie is a chocolate cake filled with chocolate fudge frosting, and the axolotyl is a rice cereal treat!

And of course is all Gluten Free!!

I’ve seen this pool water technique all over “ColoringTok” and thought “I wonder if I could make that out of cake??

Spoiler: IT TOTALLY WORKS!!!! And this is actually a super simple technique using my Swiss meringue buttercream!! If you try it let me know!

How to make a realistic pool effect in buttercream on your cake 💧

I was 100% flying blind and had no idea if this would work but SPOILER: this is one of the coolest techniques I’ve ever used and I’m so excited!!!

I apologize to everyone I’ve offended with my accidental viral video….im aware that the avada kadavra curse doesn’t have a hand motion explicitly stated but I like to think in a world where one must “swish and flick” correctly when they’re learning wingardium leviosa that there MUST be a corresponding hand motion to the killing curse and this motion is what lead to Harry Potter having a simple jagged lightning bolt shaped scar….ok!

You can debate me and tell me I’m wrong….but don’t call me just a movie fan….

The only treatment I have for my DISEASE is a diet completely devoid of gluten. Being gluten free is the TREATMENT FOR MY DISEASE.

All we’re asking for is for it to stop being made fun of or treated like it’s not real or we can just get over it. If you’re ok making fun of the treatment for my disease you’re going to open up a real can of worms for lots of other diseases…

this isn’t funny….

I still have the collection of little sugar Zara’s I made to create this entire video and I can’t bring myself to get rid of them (my kids keep asking to eat them cuz they are all broken so they just look like yummy sprinkles now 😝)
