Chocolate Ganache - Three layers of Chocolate Sponge are brushed with a Cherry flavored Kirsch brandy then topped with layers of decadent Chocolate Ganache filling!!

Chocolate Double Mousse - White Chocolate Mousse with hints of Brandy & decadent Dark Chocolate Mousse infused with Rum are layered into a Sacher Chocolate Sponge.
