What is cultured butter?

Our cultured butter starts with cream from grass-fed cows, gently fermented with live cultures before churning. It’s a method cherished for generations, especially in parts of Europe ~ giving our butter a subtle tang and rich depth of flavor.

Whether spread on fresh sourdough or melted over veggies, it adds that little extra something.

We’re excited to say it’s back at both Westhaven Farmers Market and Factory Farmers Market markets, plus next week you’ll find it at Eagleville Mercantile and Restoration, Tag'z Premier Meat Shop, Abundant Provisions, and Farm & Jam

Something new has been making its way out of our ovens… ✨

Our new sourdough focaccia is finally here, layered with slow-fermented flavor and savory toppings:

• Grilled onions & portabella mushrooms
• Sun-dried tomatoes & kalamata olives

It’s perfect alongside dinner, shared around the table, or enjoyed warm on the go. Made the slow way, with the thoughtful fermentation you’ve come to expect from us.

A week at the bakery means early mornings, flour everywhere, trays moving in and out of ovens, packing orders, loading up for markets, and restocking our partner shops. 🥖✨

That slower process helps develop the flavor, texture, and character that make sourdough so special. It’s a rhythm we’ve grown to appreciate in our kitchen, even on the busiest days.
